Comarca del Bajo Martín considers a basic objective to guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of its Users’ personal character data obtained through any data transmission system and states its commitment to comply with the regulations established in the Organic Law nº 15/1999, dated 13th December, concerning Personal Character Data Protection (B.O.E. 14/12/1999)

At all times the user can exercise his right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose his data by contacting the Comarca del Bajo Martín. Whenever it is not expressly mentioned in this document, the Comarca del Bajo Martín is subject to the relevant legislation in force.
